SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for shopping with ChewPaws! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $40.
- Orders under $40 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
After processing, estimated delivery for standard shipping within the United States is 4–9 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–12 business days. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to United States, Australia, Europe. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we're not able to ship there yet.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reship it once any additional shipping costs are covered.
Shipping delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, high-volume periods, weather, or customs. While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, ChewPaws is not liable for delays once the package is in the carrier's hands.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us at support@chewpaws.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
International orders (if applicable)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs office.
